I am new to your forum and old enough not to understand everything. Please be nice... I have a Panasonic KX-TG6821FR phone. For 8 days, I can no longer hear my interlocutor, but he can hear me. In the manual, I tried adjusting the receiver volume but that’s not it. I tried turning off the microphone, but that’s not it either... I’m stuck

Hello If this phone is connected to a box, reset it. To do this, cut its power supply for a good minute.  -- Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room. Especially when it's not there...

I had the same problem and I just solved it by chance: just update the date and time, and it works!!
