Hello,
My Facebook account has been blocked by them.
I am being asked to verify my identity by sending an ID card, driver's license, or other documentation for reactivation... it's really frustrating and infuriating, but I end up doing it.
In the hours that followed, I received an email from them with a link to continue unblocking my account. They also offered me a password to enter to reconnect to my profile.
Neither their link nor their password works...
I restarted their procedure: same result.
Email after 24 hours, link and password still do not work, I endlessly fall back on my blocked and unusable profile.
Does anyone have a lead? A solution?
I'm losing hope...

Question asked 1000 times, no we have no solution.
Apart from checking that your block was indeed from FB AND that the observation address was indeed one of FB, you can only wait.
If it's not really a block but an account impersonation, you have been tricked.

Indeed, a question asked a thousand times but no one has specified receiving the famous response email after sending their identity document.
Nor has anyone had a problem with the new provided identifiers...
I was hoping someone had actually gotten to that point.
Because concretely, I don't see the point in saying "okay, we have verified your identity, here’s how to continue the process" but then not having a follow-up that makes sense.
So no one has ever retrieved their account? No "human" to contact?
