Duo Serenity Pack

Hello,
I bought a phone on November 20th at Fnac.
Following this purchase, WITHOUT ME ASKING FOR ANYTHING, I was supposedly given 1 month free GP insurance and 1 month free of the duo serenity pack. I already have a free antivirus, so the duo serenity pack doesn't interest me. I haven't activated it yet, but yesterday when I went back to Fnac, I was told that I must activate it to then uninstall it because if I do nothing, I will be directly charged from my account.

Who can help me? Ever since Fnac teamed up with Darty, they’ve been pulling the same tricks on us.... it's exhausting to be deceived like this with every purchase we try to make.... I was already avoiding Darty because of this issue...

Thank you for your help

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.45

Hello,

See here, whether free or not, if a contract has been put in place, it has been signed.

If this signature was obtained without your knowledge, in other words, if the salesperson in the store did not specify the terms of this package, go back to the store and give them a piece of your mind.

If, on the other hand, they did mention a free month, it means that implicitly the rest is not free, and therefore you need to activate it in order to be able to cancel.

For a withdrawal to be possible, the purchase must have been made on credit, with a FNAC private card...
