Thomson TV Malfunction

Hello,
I have a television given to me by a family member and the problem is a Thompson 65UB6416. When I turn it on, it turns off again and I can't do anything. The person who gave me the television told me that this happened to him and that the television is no longer up to date. So I'm wondering how to update this model? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.45

    After that, I don't know if the zip file needs to be unzipped or not on the USB key, that's to be seen...

    I think it should be unzipped but well...
    It’s not specified in the manual unless I'm mistaken!

    As far as I know, the television should work with or without the update and therefore unless I'm wrong, I believe that this television is indeed faulty.

    Hello, the problem is that the TV won't turn back on, there's no menu display. I go straight to the logo and then nothing.

      It is clearly broken, so there won't be any miracle; we need to get a repairman for a quote. 


      As far as I know, the television should be able to function with or without the update, so unless I'm mistaken, I think this television is indeed broken.
