I regularly exchanged emails, followed the transport stages, and finally received the jersey and a pair of shorts on December 24, courtesy of La Poste française. Too late to hand it over to the intended recipient at the time I wanted...
I had lost hope.
However, it turns out that I thought, like many buyers, that this company was based where indicated on the site, and I realized after my order that it was in China during my further research.

Wednesday the 29th, finally received my order from November 22nd. I had to pay €10 to my mail carrier for customs fees (too bad) I couldn't believe it anymore....
After sending around ten emails and requesting a refund, to my great surprise, I just received a wire transfer. I'm not likely to order from Aisope anytime soon.

Hello, expect to pay the customs duties out of your own pocket upon receipt of the package. Knowing that at no point is this mentioned on the site at the time of sale. And apart from replying in the email "sorry, best wishes, sorry, best wishes" when you ask them something, not much happens. Delivery times are not respected, and when you report the problem, they offer you 10 euros to apologize, which corresponds to the customs duties, actually nothing more.
