Hello,

I am in Belgium, and I let a stranger make a 20-second call from my smartphone to a number starting with 0466. I realized that it’s the same number I had let another stranger call a month earlier. I find that very curious.
Is this a premium-rate call or some kind of scam?

I saw the article but I don't feel like it concerns me, I imagine it's more of a premium rate number.

In conclusion, you should be able to "see" on your invoices whether this number is subject to surcharges or not; the answer to your question is in your hands.
