Indicator 0022: scam??

They are all located in Africa, Nigeria, Benin, etc. They sell apartments in Barcelona and in Paris at unbeatable prices. I gave them my name, first name, address, and phone number, and they called me all day long to get me to make a bank transfer, after which I would receive the keys to the apartment. It's clearly a scam, but right away, they just want to find some gullible people to send them money.

Hello everyone.. this happened to me recently, I was looking for a used Wii console on LEBONCOIN. I sent an email to see if the console was still for sale and then they told me yes, they asked for my details; my name, address and phone number. She introduced herself as Mrs. Sophie Jolidon; so I gave her all my details and I got a call, it's a man! I thought I was talking to Madame, the man told me that his wife is moving to Spain, this man doesn't speak French well and asks me to call him back at 00 22 99 90 80 99.! Then he asked me to make a transfer by postal order. Due to his move to Spain, it wouldn't be possible to hand me the console in person and a courier who is taking care of his move would come to deliver the Wii to me and in exchange, I had to give him the postal order with the amount and that he would be at my place a few hours later. I got scared, I sensed the scam coming, I told him I was stopping everything!!!! "No wait," he said - "you need to transfer the money for the Wii." I told him not like that!!! Goodbye and I hung up!!! He called me ten times and then he stopped. Don't get caught, be careful of this kind of scam. If they had come to my house, maybe they would have killed me!!!!!

I received an email offering to give it to me for free in exchange for good care, and that it was possible to have the puppy delivered to my home via an agency. This person told me to contact them at 00 22 XXXXXX for more information and to send them my contact details. Do you think this is also a scam?
