Settings Issue

Hello everyone,

As a newcomer to the site, I would like to thank you for all the help this forum can provide to people in difficulty, like myself...
Here is my problem:
I just found a Decathlon WR 3 ATM pedometer watch that I would like to get back in working order, and I am giving you the inscriptions located around the dial (white crown) because I have seen that there are several models:
- top right: ST-STP/+
- bottom right: VIEW/-
- bottom left: MODE
- top left: SET-LIGHT

The problem is that I can no longer find the user manual; I have just programmed the time, date, and data, but I am stuck for the next steps. Can someone help me? Or send me the manual?

Thank you in advance.

Have a nice end of the day.
Best regards.

Hello,

If that's the one

the manual (found on the Decathlon website) is available here: https://share-files.decathlon.com/user-guide/43104/1530871069_66157_OnStep_600_ALL.pdf
See from page 18 for French.

Best regards ;-)

You should check out Decathlon's support website:

https://support.decathlon.fr/podometres-bracelets-connectes-decathlon-sav

or contact Decathlon's customer service if you can't find the manual there.

Thank you both for your responses:

@ Dal: thank you, it seems to me that a few years ago I looked on the site, but I will go back and found nothing regarding this model (too old)

@ DROPPY-76: thank you but this is not the right model, I will try to send the photo (unfortunately after opening an account, I can't upload the image by clicking on the image icon).

Good evening
Best regards

Too bad, still try to see if you can find the model on the supplier's site and send the internet link by copying the address.

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the photo was locked.

I think there shouldn’t be any problem viewing the photo now.

Thank you for your patience.

Good afternoon.

Best regards.

Hi Eric-82500,

"WR 3 ATM" is not an indication of the model; it indicates that the watch is water-resistant (WR = Water Resistant) and that its resistance level is 3 ATM (3 bars of pressure, theoretically 30 meters deep, but with that you should just be able to withstand splashes, and it is not recommended to shower with, let alone immerse it).

In short, you do not indicate the model of your Decathlon watch.

There is a barely visible inscription in the photo you posted on the watch strap, which seems to be "Geonaute." This type of indication along with the model mention would be more useful.

Since there are dozens of products using the "Geonaute" name at Decathlon, you need more specific information to get a result.

Are there any inscriptions on the back of the watch, on the case? On the side? Elsewhere?

Good evening Dal,

Thank you for all this information.
On the strap of the bracelet is inscribed: "newfeel"
No other inscription on it.
Here is the photo of the back of the case.

Thank you all.

Have a nice evening

The model must be old, as the support site does not seem to contain this pedometer watch.

However, you have this one, which is a "Newfeel" model undoubtedly more recent.

https://support.decathlon.fr/podowatch

For this "Newfeel" product (from 2019), the manual describes the 4 buttons and their usage.

https://share-files.decathlon.com/user-guide/231958/usg_podowatch_.pdf

With a bit of luck, it could be somewhat similar to yours or guide you in using your model. The product does not seem complicated at all. See if this helps you with the use of your pedometer. In particular, the button at the top right is used to start an activity and pause or stop it, which probably has a function similar to the button in the same place on your ST-STP watch.

As I mentioned in my first message, if you cannot find the manual, you should contact customer service by providing them with the information regarding your watch that you have available.

Hello Dal,

Thank you again for all the information provided.
The notice template you sent me doesn't match mine after a few attempts. (what a pity...)
I have sent my request for a notice regarding this model to Decathlon, but I don't have much hope; the model is too old.
A big THANK YOU again to everyone for your dedication.
Wishing you a good evening and a great weekend.
Best regards
