solar radio-controlled watch settings

Question

Hello I have a solar radio-controlled World Timer Lascono watch whose documentation I have lost! So it's not possible to figure out how to set it to the correct time or to make all the updates. Thank you

Hello,  It would be nice to have a close-up photo of the back of your watch, so that all the numbers are clearly visible. The caliber number may be indicated there.  Judex No one is irreplaceable. But some are irreplaceable.

Hello...  radio-controlled: by definition, the adjustment is done automatically! Leave it outside the house for a whole night, it will take care of itself... Thank you, jjpot, but I found them in Teuton too... a language I don't know at all, and since they are PDFs, Google doesn't offer translation for me ;( I'll see if I can manage with Reverso....
