Logitech G635 headset microphone issue with Discord

Question

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Logitech G635 headset. When I connect to a voice chat on discord, I can hear everyone and everyone can hear me, but when I stop talking for a while or mute myself, as soon as I start talking again or unmute, my microphone doesn't detect my voice anymore, but I can still hear everyone. I would like to know if anyone has had a similar problem and how to fix it, thank you.

I found a solution on Reddit. In the G Hub, disable noise suppression. For me, it worked; I had the same issue with my G635.

Hello, I'm having the same issue with my G635, but disabling noise cancellation in G Hub didn't work, so I'm also trying to disable this option via Discord. If you have any other solutions, I'm all ears!

I just solved my issue with my G935 (at least for the past hour, there haven't been any problems)

I uninstalled the device by also removing the drivers, unplugged the hub and plugged it into another USB port, waited for the drivers to reinstall...

Then it worked ^^ usually it turns off the mic sound after 15 seconds or so, but now I can even mute the mic for 3-4 minutes, no more issues :)

Let me know if it works for you too...

UPDATE: it seems that it's also the link between Discord and Ghub.
After reinstalling everything, I also reinstalled Ghub. After that: bug again.
So I went into the Discord settings, connections, and removed Ghub, everything returned to normal just like after reinstalling the drivers, it's working.

Same issue for months with different Logitech headsets, the most pathetic thing is that we've written several times to customer support without ever receiving a response for headsets costing over €150 on average for us, our latest Logitech. What has also worked is using it without the hub; Windows detects the headsets and in basic mode, there are no issues.
