Hello,
I bought a Logitech G435 headset "compatible with PS4" yesterday. When I connected the provided USB dongle to the PS4, the headset was indeed detected via Bluetooth by the console. However, the sound never played through the headset, and the message "the audio device is not supported by the PS4" appeared at the time of pairing in the console menu. Yet, the seller assured me that the headset was compatible! Do you have a solution? Thank you.

Hello, to have the headset recognized immediately by your PS4, you need to plug the USB dongle into the USB port on the back of the console! If you do it on one of the two front ports, it 'won't work.
Then, press and hold the power button on your headset for 5 seconds, the LED will blink cyan (light blue), pairing will occur automatically (you can check it in the PS4 settings (audio tab). If the LED is dark blue, press and hold the mute button on the headset for 3 seconds to switch to cyan.
