Gradual sound delay in videos

Hello,
I recently opened an Instagram account where I play piano. I post videos taken with my smartphone that can last 4, 5, or even 6 minutes. When I play the videos with my phone's player, there are no issues—the sound and image are perfectly synchronized from the beginning to the end of the video.
However, when I publish the video on Instagram, the sound and image gradually go out of sync: up to 1 minute, 1 minute and 30 seconds everything seems fine, but after that you notice that the sound is delayed, and by the end, there's easily a 1 to 2 second delay, which makes the video really hard to watch.
Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?

The problem is that they are talking about software and video formats specific to Apple (Apple ProRes) while I am using Android and Windows, so do you know their Windows equivalent?
