Waiting for a network connection???

Hello,
- After a week without wifi while I had just happily subscribed with you.
- After the "hypothetical" visit of an "orange" technician this morning, I manage to have wifi on my computer but not at all for my TV and the hassle continues, well done Free...
I understand better why Orange quickly offers me fiber without hassle; I believe that if my problem is not resolved today, I will go directly to see them without hesitation and that would be a shame for you...
A goodwill gesture would be welcome after the complete and effective resolution of my issue.
Thank you for your "efficiency" anyway...

    the problem is that here it's ccm (how it works)
    it's not free
    call (call back) free at 3244
    your initial ticket may not be closed, if so, open another one
    afterwards, if you are not committed to free you can leave, to orange or another
    but with ADSL if the issue comes from the length of your line, no one can do anything about it, you mention Wi-Fi, so maybe the reception is too weak
    with fiber it's different.
