Can't open Play Store

Hello,

I recently bought an Akai AK43FSM1440 smart TV. I can't open the Play Store; nothing happens when I click on sign in. Therefore, I cannot update other applications, which don't work as a result.

    Here is what I usually reply on this subject:
    When it comes to applications, manufacturers and broadcasters do whatever they want. Personally, I have an LG, and at first, I had an Orange app that provided access to a lot of radio stations, but that app was removed without warning during an update. For replay, I had Pluzz (public service replay) and Arte +7, which also disappeared. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD. On the M6 replay site, I am asked to download a "player," but "download impossible." It's all a matter of agreements between the app owners and the TV brand, just a money issue, so these TVs aren't so smart, are they? ...;-(
    And Arte came back a while ago... go figure...
