My game keeps crashing and I can't find a solution.

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased Age of Empires 4 on Steam and the game crashes on launch.

I have the crash logs and here’s what it says: 

(F) [09:13:21.038] [000013884]: Failed to create placed resource. HRESULT = 0x887a0005 - The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.
 Device removed reason = 0x887a0006 - The GPU is not responding to any further commands, likely due to an invalid command passed by the calling application.

    Hello.
    Problem with your graphics card (GPU) check if Windows 10 is up to date to check it go to this page click on Update now, this will start the download of Microsoft's tool, simply open it and it will allow you to update Windows 10 to the latest version and tell you if it is compatible with your PC.

        Check that it is indeed the RTX being used by the game because some PCs also have the CPU's integrated graphics chipset, which can sometimes take the place of the graphics card.
