Hello, I’m on King Chance Casino, formerly Cbet, which is banned in France. I made my first deposit yesterday of €20 and I went up to €500. I’m being told that I need to spend a certain amount, anyway… I spend everything to meet the requirement for the withdrawal. Then I see they are asking for an ID card (front and back) + proof of address.
So far, so good, they say this is normal for withdrawals. Then I see they are asking for a photo of the credit card (front and back). I directly talk to an online assistant who responds in about 2-3 minutes, puts me at ease, and explains that it's normal for me to send them the photos in the chat; he will take care of activating my account within the next 48 to 72 hours at most for me to make my withdrawal.
Well, now I'm starting to regret it. Should I block my card or what?

On the site I was on before, Cbet, they have always been correct except for sites outside of ARJEL banned in France. Do you think they can use my card to make withdrawals?

You need to oppose it as soon as possible...
The ideal is to cancel this card with your bank for a new one.

These are big thieves. I recharged 30 euros with free spins, I went up to 1600 €, and then they asked me to make over 5600 € in bets for the winnings to be withdrawable. I played 7000 € in bets and I had 1080 euros left on the withdrawable account after providing all the documents. My transaction was canceled by their services.
