Duplicate package

Hello,

I recently ordered from an online seller and my order was supposed to arrive within 5 days max, but unfortunately, the package got lost along the way (a historic transfer week).

After contacting customer service, who asked me to wait (the week), and after an investigation revealed that the package was lost, they sent me a replacement package.

Two days after receiving the replacement package, the other package arrives (in transit), I should receive it by the end of the week.

On the merchant's site, my order is still attached to the lost package.

What should I do?

Should I accept the package and/or contact them? Refuse the package?

I'm torn between a free package and not wanting to steal...

Please help me!

Hello,

If you want to play it honestly, contact the seller and explain the situation, and they will explain the procedure to follow.
Generally, they will ask you to refuse the goods.
But only they will be able to explain it to you.
