Hello,
Here is the problem:
I want to log into my gmail address, but when I enter my password, it tells me that I changed it 3 days ago. When I try the forgotten password method with SMS, it doesn't work because:
"too many unsuccessful attempts, we believe that the method has been used too many times for fraudulent attempts."
And on the Gmail app on my iphone, to verify that it was me, it logged out as well.
So now I have no login method or way to regain my gmail
What should I do?

Hello,
Do you not have a backup email? If all your recovery information is gone, there's not much we can do for you :/
