Insufficient disk space despite having available space

Hello,
I have a serious disk space issue on my computer as there's nothing left at all
- I deleted videos, photos, and unnecessary documents
- I removed cookies, browsing history, and extensions
- I uninstalled useless applications and games
- I performed a disk cleanup and deleted temporary files
and finally, it tells me there are 0 bytes free out of 29.1 GB
So what should I do??!!
I need an effective solution and

    otherwise do not buy a small PC with 32 GB of storage
    not nearly enough
