Bios not saving changes

Solved

Hello,
I have an Acer TC885 PC, and I've encountered a problem where my PC would shut down and then restart 2-3 times before booting up, and the date and time were incorrect (it showed CMOS checksum error). I changed the motherboard battery (no more CMOS checksum error), but when I go into the BIOS to change the date and time, it doesn't save. I save and exit, the PC restarts, and the date and time are still wrong...
I haven't changed anything except the battery in my PC (I actually wanted to replace my HDD with an SSD, but I want to fix this problem first).
I removed the battery to put it back in to clear the CMOS, but that didn't change anything.
I really don't know what to do anymore; if someone knows about this, I would appreciate the help.

Hello
usually it's the " F10 " key to save and exit the BIOS

Yes, that's what I do.

Ok never mind, I restarted and then resynchronized everything without going through the BIOS and it seems to be working.
