Clock ahead on google chrome

Hello, for quite some time now, on certain sites Google Chrome shows me "your clock is ahead." On the internet, they say anything like "change the time zone or set your clock correctly," whereas the time is accurate! It doesn't happen on Mozilla Firefox.

Hello again, I had already tried to download Windows 8 and 10 long before the clock problems, but it doesn't work (loading failed).
My Packard Bell computer is from 2008, bought on Le Bon Coin 13 and a half months ago, but fortunately, it didn't cost me much, and that's enough for me! Thank you, phant33ra.
