Hello,

I've been having a lot of difficulty with updates on my PC for some time now; it's lagging a lot and in the end it tells me: "we couldn't finish the updates, undoing changes, do not turn off your computer" and it keeps looping several times. Is there a more general problem with Windows? I get prompted for updates several times a day. Thank you for your help.

    Hello,
    Perform a repair of Windows 10 without data loss (everything is kept), this is not an installation but a repair of Windows 10.
    Download this Microsoft tool, open the tool and do as indicated below:
