Pc qui ralenti (démarrage et navigation web)

Bonjour,
mon pc portable ralenti de plus en plus depuis quelque temps.
Il n'est pas tout jeune, mais il n'est pas si vieux non plus.
et jusqu'à récemment ça allait.

J'essaye bien de faire un coup de ccleaner régulièrement, de faire le tri dans mon panneau de démarrage, mais il y a de plus en plus de trucs que je ne connais pas, et qui pourtant sont sensés être utiles.
bref si quelqu'un peut m'aider.

    salut

    pour voir ce qui tourne sur ton pc, fait ceci et poste les rapports

    télécharge FRST de (Fabar) sur ton bureau --> clique ici

    PS: prends celui correspondant à ton pc (32 ou 64 bits) -> clique ici

    exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    à la fin du scan, les rapports FRST et ADDITION s'afficheront sur ton bureau et dans C:\FRST\LOG

    poste les rapports via cjoint --> clique ici

    gratuit, mais bon, je ne me souviens pas de quand je l'ai installé, de base il me semblait avoir décidé de me contenter des outils windows (léger comme protection certes, mais par le passé j'ai eu plus de soucis avec les incompatibilités logiciels que avec les virus) .
    Pas sur que ce soit moi qui l'ai installé d'ailleurs, je "n'habite pas seul sur cet ordi". Donc si il faut le virer, ca ne me fera pas de peine!
    avant je créais un compte admin avec un vrai bon mot de passe, et un compte internet avec tres peu d'autorisations, pour l'utilisation de tous les jours. ca protégeait bien contre pas mal de chose, mais depuis win 8 je ne sais plus faire.

    ok, désinstalle Avast avec son outil de désinstallation --> Avastclear --> clique ici

    mets aussi Ccleaner à jour (version 5.85) et tu as la 5.84

    je continue de lire les rapports

    désinstalle le via programmes et fonctionnalités du panneau de configuration

    Au passage en allant désinstaller mc affee, je vois qu'il me reste un avast vpn secure line. je vire aussi?

    quand le script est copié, clique sur corriger dans FRST

    laisse la correction se faire avec FRST et redémarre le pc quand il te le sera demandé

    quand le pc aura redémarré, tu auras 1 fichier FIXLOG sur le bureau, poste le via 1 copier dans ta réponse

    j'ai encore une page qui ne s'ouvre pas sur firefox, mais sinon j'ai retrouvé une vitesse normale.
    Pour la page, elle s'ouvre sur edge, donc rien de grave.

    salut

    ok, fais ceci:

    clique droit sur FRST et renomme le en uninstall.exe

    clique droit sur le uninstall.exe, et choisi "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

    le pc devra redémarrer pour finaliser la suppression de FRST

    pense à mettre ton topic en résolu --> clique ici
