Hello
I have a c4eba341 error on my smartphone printer 6520. I have unplugged the power cord several times, but it still shows a blue screen. Can someone help me?

      Good evening, I had the same problem. I did what I read in the replies. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, then I held the power button for 20 to 30 seconds and it's fine ????????

      I did all the steps, it didn't work, but I unplugged it, opened the cover where the cartridges go, turned it back on with the cover open, and that worked for me.

    Thank you for your help, but all these attempts have failed. I don't know what to do anymore with the Photosmart 6520 printer.

      You can update or reinstall your printer driver see this page otherwise contact HP customer service for assistance.
