Despite the various suggestions made by internet users, I find myself every day with the message mentioned in the subject.
Does anyone have a truly effective solution?

Thank you billmaxime

for your response that I followed to the letter...
...unfortunately (for me) I only had one program abApp that didn't concern Acer, which I still deleted!

Nothing else related.
I will restart the system and see if it has done any miracles

to see what’s running on your PC, do this and post the reports

download FRST from (Fabar) to your desktop --> click here

PS: take the one that corresponds to your PC (32 or 64 bit) -> click here

run it as administrator (right-click)

at the end of the scan, the FRST and ADDITION reports will appear on your desktop and in C:\FRST\LOG

post the reports via cjoint --> click here

Hello again,

Sorry for the delayed response: Orienteering in Orléans this weekend

I'm unable to download FRST from Fabar (FaRbar)
The system is running very slowly. I disabled Kaspersky protection to try to improve things: no better!

See you!

Started posting reports via CJoint:
After clicking this button and following the download, the duration of which depends on the size of the document and the speed of your Internet connection, the next page will provide you with the CJoint link that will point to your document.: nothing is happening!?

I will wait a bit longer

Hello

You haven't uninstalled this --> AOP Framework, as recommended on this page --> click here

(Acer Incorporated -> Acer Cloud Technology) C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\AOP Framework\acer\ccd.exe
(Acer Incorporated -> Acer Incorporated) C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\AOP Framework\BackgroundAgent.exe
(Acer Incorporated -> Acer Incorporated) C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\AOP Framework\CCDMonitorService.exe

I have 1 PC like yours --> Aspire 3 (A317-32-C87V)

I did a clean install of W10 to remove all preinstalled Acer software (it's up to you to see what you want to do)

You have this in Edge, even though you have Dashlane on the PC

Edge Extension: (Norton Password Manager) - C:\Users\eveni\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Extensions\lcccdlklhahfmobgpnilndimkankpnkg [2021-09-19]
Edge Extension: (Norton Home Page) - C:\Users\eveni\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Extensions\mhffmephdchhhbfjmdpoaldedhhdanbn [2021-09-19]

Do this:

Open FRST

Copy all the text below from Start:: to End::

Start:: CreateRestorePoint: CloseProcesses: GroupPolicy: Restriction ? <==== ATTENTION Policies: C:\ProgramData\NTUSER.pol: Restriction <==== ATTENTION FF HKLM\...\Firefox\Extensions: [light_plugin_7571494CE0B94E11BB762B659A4AD71F@kaspersky.com] - C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3\FFExt\light_plugin_firefox\addon.xpi => non trouvé(e) FF HKLM-x32\...\Firefox\Extensions: [light_plugin_7571494CE0B94E11BB762B659A4AD71F@kaspersky.com] - C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3\FFExt\light_plugin_firefox\addon.xpi => non trouvé(e) 2021-09-23 12:56 - 2021-09-24 10:05 - 000000290 __RSH C:\ProgramData\ntuser.pol 2021-09-21 10:34 - 2021-07-26 14:19 - 000007615 _____ C:\Users\eveni\AppData\Local\Resmon.ResmonCfg Toolbar: HKU\S-1-5-21-155216535-3966385452-2106122132-1001 -> Pas de nom - {1DAC0C53-7D23-4AB3-856A-B04D98CD982A} - Pas de fichier HKLM\...\Run: [CL-25-6FB82A0B-B154-4B9E-8D75-6DE2C7918FBB] => "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bitdefender\SetupInformation\CL-25-6FB82A0B-B154-4B9E-8D75-6DE2C7918FBB\setuplauncher.exe" /run:Installer.exe /args:"/setup-folder:"CL-25-6FB82A0B-B154-4B9E-8D75-6DE2C79 (l'élément de données a 7 caractères en plus). When the script is copied, click on fix in FRST

Let the fix run with FRST and restart the PC when prompted

When the PC has restarted, you will have a file FIXLOG on the desktop, post it via a copy/paste in your response

See you

billmaxime · Answer

Hello

it's okay for the fixlog

do this:

right-click on FRST and rename it to UNINSTALL.EXE

right-click on UNINSTALL.EXE, and choose "run as administrator"

the PC will need to restart

you didn't respond to this:

Patisse · Answer

Hello Billmaxime,

I have uninstalled the 3 *.exe files from the AOP Framework, but not in the way described in the "click here" link... because there are no apparent Apps files.

Also, I restarted in safe mode and in DOS, I deleted the 3 *.exe files.

Unfortunately, the initial problem remains unchanged...!?

See you later.

Patisse · Answer

Hello,

I was hesitating to do a clean install of W10... RADICAL!!!

No more "Acer BYOC components missing" when booting up the PC
but I'll have to reinstall everything (banking, antivirus, etc...)

It must have done the PC some good, I've never seen it this fast

A big THANK YOU to you BillMaxime who was insightful, attentive, and consistent during our discussions
