Acer BYOC components missing Solved

Hello,

Despite the various suggestions made by internet users, I find myself every day with the message mentioned in the subject.
Does anyone have a truly effective solution?

...unfortunately (for me) I only had one program abApp that didn't concern Acer, which I still deleted!

Nothing else related.
I will restart the system and see if it has done any miracles

to see what’s running on your PC, do this and post the reports

download FRST from (Fabar) to your desktop --> click here

PS: take the one that corresponds to your PC (32 or 64 bit) -> click here

run it as administrator (right-click)

at the end of the scan, the FRST and ADDITION reports will appear on your desktop and in C:\FRST\LOG

post the reports via cjoint --> click here

I'm unable to download FRST from Fabar (FaRbar)
The system is running very slowly. I disabled Kaspersky protection to try to improve things: no better!

When the script is copied, click on fix in FRST

Let the fix run with FRST and restart the PC when prompted

When the PC has restarted, you will have a file FIXLOG on the desktop, post it via a copy/paste in your response

it's okay for the fixlog

do this:

right-click on FRST and rename it to UNINSTALL.EXE

right-click on UNINSTALL.EXE, and choose "run as administrator"

the PC will need to restart

Hello Billmaxime,

I have uninstalled the 3 *.exe files from the AOP Framework, but not in the way described in the "click here" link... because there are no apparent Apps files.

Also, I restarted in safe mode and in DOS, I deleted the 3 *.exe files.

Unfortunately, the initial problem remains unchanged...!?

Hello,

I was hesitating to do a clean install of W10... RADICAL!!!

No more "Acer BYOC components missing" when booting up the PC
but I'll have to reinstall everything (banking, antivirus, etc...)

It must have done the PC some good, I've never seen it this fast
