Hello,
I have a quick question. After purchasing a new graphics card (RTX 3070Ti), I installed it, etc., but it wasn't recognized by Windows; only the basic Microsoft video card was showing. I looked online and apparently, I needed to disable that card, restart the PC, and the new graphics card would be recognized automatically, which I did. However, my PC turns on but there’s no display; the screen is completely black. What can I do, please???
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.0

Hello,
make sure your screen is properly connected to your new graphics card and not to the one you disabled.

Your RTX 3070Ti is recognized as a Microsoft basic video card because its drivers are not installed. You need to install its drivers.

I pressed the button several times for a long time to turn on my PC, and it worked like magic, so I’m on Windows now, but it still doesn’t recognize my card. I think a simple driver installation will be enough. Thank you very much for your answers, have a great day!
