Hello,

I’m running Windows 10 Pro.

My PC: Acer Aspire E1-571

I installed all my drivers with the Driver Booster Pro software but there are 2 devices it can’t find and they have yellow exclamation marks in the Device Manager.

The first one :

Base System Device
Bus PCI 2, Device 0, Function 3

Information
The PCI device PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BF&SUBSYS_06471025&REV_10\4&2b026579&0&03E0 requires that the installation be continued.

The second one :

Base System Device
Bus PCI 2, Device 0, Function 2

Information
The PCI device PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_16BE&SUBSYS_06471025&REV_10\4&2b026579&0&02E0 requires that the installation be continued.

How can I fix this, please?

Thank you but the SD card doesn’t appear.

In fact I put a micro SD into an adapter that fits perfectly into my card reader. And it had always worked until I installed Windows 10.

Do I therefore need an USB card reader?

Do you still have alerts in the device manager?
Also check in the USB bus controller menu

No alerts at all, not even in the USB bus controller menu.
