JBL Flip Essential won't turn on suddenly

Hello,
I own a JBL Flip Essential, one day I was listening to sound and it turned off by itself, even though it had battery and the battery was holding the charge very well... no problem.
Since then I've been plugging it in, it turns on but I can't listen to music because it no longer connects and no button seems to work even though when pressed there is a "click" indicating that the button has indeed been pressed down..
When I unplug it, it turns off and won't turn on anymore...
Help me please thank you
