Hello,

Since some updates of Windows 10, version 20 or 19, I have been having problems with the Wi-Fi card which is no longer recognized and disappears from the device manager. I have tried many things without success:

- uninstallation of the Wi-Fi card (Intel Dual Band AC 7265)

- downloading the latest drivers from the Intel website + installation

- Windows update is up to date

- network reset (network settings) + commands netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /flushdns)

- airplane mode is not activated

- in the BIOS, the LAN network is enabled

- the Ethernet network card works with RJ45 (I am using it for internet connections) and the IPV4 mode is active.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,
Check if you have the latest version of Windows 10. To check, go to this page, click on Update now, this will start downloading the Microsoft tool, all you need to do is open it and it will allow you to upgrade Windows 10 to the latest version and tell you if it is compatible with your PC. Note that this update takes some time, if you have a laptop, plug it into the outlet, as it would be a shame to run out of battery before the update is complete.
