Transfer videos from iPhone to PC

Hello,

When I transfer my videos from the iPhone to my PC, they appear in .AAE format and are impossible to open. How should I proceed, please? Thank you :)

    Hello Janus,

    Thank you for the links. I understand now that these are "technical" files accompanying a .MOV video or a .JPG photo that I can safely delete. This is the first time I’ve seen them during a transfer. Now I know. Thank you and have a nice evening :)
