Hello,
For a while now, the keyboard on my DELL (Inspiron 15-3000) laptop has been acting up. To be honest, it's only my Q S D F.... line up to M that no longer works (except for the G and H which work perfectly, as well as the star key: * and ù). My 7 and 9 keys also don't work anymore. I've tried everything in vain; I even attempted to reset my computer but it still doesn't work, and as a university student, I need my laptop.
If someone could help me solve this problem, as I'm not sure if it’s a keyboard issue or a system issue. Thank you very much!
Configuration: Android / Chrome 92.0.4515.115

It could come from both, so it could also be the components of the keyboard that are failing.
The first thing to do is to check if there is a BIOS update; if so, update it.
The second thing, if that doesn't resolve anything, is to possibly reset Windows.
If all that doesn't work, it will either be warranty or repair (replacement of the keyboard).
