Retrieve an old version of an illustrator document

Hello, I have a little problem with Illustrator 2021... yesterday, the software crashed completely: (black dots in the middle of my creations, disappearance of elements when I moved shapes) so I decided to save my file and turn off my computer to continue the next day.
Except that today I opened my file but everything is gone (90% of the elements have disappeared from the backup) so I wanted to know if anyone knew how to recover the previous backup of an Illustrator file to retrieve my work...

    I looked, but the file is completely empty... I suppose there's nothing else I can do then?

      Rename the AI file to PDF and try to open it in Acrobat.....
