Constant bugs with my Metronic Zapbox decoder.

Hello,
I recently (less than 3 weeks ago) bought a TNT Metronic Zapbox decoder.
The first 3 days: perfect. But then I started having problems with the remote control. Sometimes it bugs, and sometimes I can manipulate the decoder with it, while other times I can’t. The issue is definitely not with the batteries; I'm sure of that.
Can you help me?

    Let's say it's a defective product, so check the warranty (if it's a new device...).
