Alcatel F685 Answering Machine

Hello

I am an Orange customer with a landline. I purchased an Alcatel F685 answering machine.
I would like the base display to indicate when I have a message on my Orange answering machine.

How can I do this? Thank you.

    Hello,
    If you are talking about the display on the base, then you have a Voice model (integrated answering machine).

    What you want to do is impossible...

    When you have a message to check at 3103 (Orange Voicemail), a particular icon
    shows up on your handset’s screen:

    However, unless there is a power failure, there is no reason for this voicemail to capture your voice messages.
    Messages should be recorded on the phone base if you have correctly set the number of rings that triggers your answering machine and that this answering machine is configured as a recording answering machine.
    Operator voicemail systems are, by default, set to trigger after 5 rings, so a good setting for your answering machine is "after 4 rings"
    It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn’t there...

    Thank you for your response.

    The message on the phone is small and I would have liked to have the information on the display of the base. But I understand that this is not possible.

    I had Gigaset phones where a LED on the phone flashed when there was a message. Much more ergonomic than the Alcatel.
