Unable to connect to generali.fr

Hello,

I have been unable to log in to Generali for a few days. I did an update like I do from time to time, and since then, I can't access my savings account. I have tried restorations but with no positive results. When I click on the site, a screen loads but I have no access to it.
I would be grateful for your advice, I am in the dark! Thank you in advance.

    Thank you, Quentin, but it's still not working. A friend came with his laptop and it works very well on his. So it's due to my computer. When I click on "this is where you need to click," the screen goes up but everything is in a dark gray tone. If I click on APOKORSK and on the password, these two words are in blue and "CONNECT" is in red, but nothing happens, no action is taken.
