Send an attachments folder without zipping

Hello,

I need to send my social security office (Belgium) a file containing several dozen attachments organized in multiple folders.

The problem is that after contacting them, they assured me that they cannot open zip, rar files, etc.

The issue with sending the attachments "one by one" (i.e., not in a compressed folder) is:
- We lose the useful subfolder structure that aids understanding
- The attachments get mixed up in any order (even though they are uploaded in the correct order and numbered in their file names); I tested it by sending it to myself. At that point, it's really confusing in terms of logic.

It's a relatively complex file, and it's important that we can maintain a logical order among the various documents.

Do you have any ideas? (Is there a way to directly upload a folder without zipping it via certain sites? Anything else?)

Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 92.0.4515.115

Unfortunately, this type of site, even when we can upload by folder, compiles into a zip file for download. We come back to the initial problem.

    Hello,

I don’t think there is a way to transfer a folder without using a zip; there might be a possibility via FTP, but that would be quite complicated to set up, both for you and for them.

You could try sending a self-extracting archive (created with 7-zip), but in this case their antivirus might react since it will be an .exe file.

The next time you contact them, be sure to mention that Windows natively supports opening a zip from Windows Vista to Windows 10.

Maybe with a link on Google Drive... It seems to me that you can maintain the directory structure on a shared folder.
