Sound issue with my ringtone on Redmi Note 9 phone

Hello, I need your help

Yesterday, I bought a new phone (Redmi Note 9) and it turns out I have a problem with the ringtone sound.

All the sounds are turned up, but as soon as someone calls me, there is no ringtone and even the vibrator. Yet, both are activated.

    And did you activate the vibration mode? I had no sound issues on my end.
