Factory reset code

Hello,

I bought a phone on leboncoin that I just received today. I just put my SIM card in it, entered my password.
And now I'm on a page asking for a code regarding the factory settings that have been reset.
The problem is that I don't have this code and the seller doesn't seem to know it either...
There is an option to use a Google code, but it asks for an account that has already been synced on the phone (I understand that the seller isn't going to give me his Google account with these codes).
What can I do?
I'm stuck because I cut my SIM card to nano size and my old phone uses micro size, so I can no longer use my number :/

The phone is a Google Pixel 4a.

Thank you in advance for your help and advice.
Regards,

Hello,

On this smartphone, the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) mode has been activated.
This is a theft protection feature.
When the smartphone is reset, it prompts you to log in with the Google account that was used on this device and, of course, the associated password.

Therefore, only the person who sold you the smartphone can unlock it.
They will need to provide their Google account address and the password.

You may need to send the smartphone back to them so they can unlock it and disable the FRP mode. This is found in the developer options (OEM unlocking).
