Hello!
I have a little problem... I went to the beach and dropped my phone in the sand, I immediately blew into the charger and the speakers and I think there's nothing left (or very little). But I have another problem, while looking at my phone I noticed that the screen lifts slightly when you touch it with a nail. Yet I always have a case on it, so I don't see how that could be due to a bump.
So I have two real problems:
- my screen lifts a bit
- sand may have entered the phone through the slot.
Can you please help me?
Thank you very much
Have a nice evening

Hello,
In any case, this is a "material" problem... so it's not manageable except for disassembly to see the extent of the damage...
Especially since sand is often loaded with moisture... and moisture and phones don't really go together...
Anyway, I think going through a repair service (asking for a quote) is the most appropriate option...

Thank you anyway.
This would also allow to see (perhaps) if there are any signs of moisture... which would not be a good sign!
