Hello. I cannot connect my iPhone 7 Plus to my 2011 Picasso C4. When I press the voice command button on the steering wheel (the talking mouth) and say (call someone), nothing happens. However, if I call directly from the phone, the communication works fine in the car.
What could be the problem? I previously had a phone other than an iPhone, and I had no issues connecting. Apple says it’s not compatible. Is there a solution to make this work by installing something? Should I contact Citroën? Thank you for the help you will provide.

Hello,
If your iPhone is not compatible, there is nothing you can do for the system integrated into your car. As a replacement, there are Bluetooth transmitter boxes available such as this one which is not compatible with older iPhones like yours. There are others that are compatible, like this one which is unfortunately no longer available. There are plenty of different models; the key is to carefully check the compatibilities. It's up to you to search for a transmitter compatible with your iPhone and choose the one that suits you best.
