Processor at 70°C Solved

Hello
I currently have an i5 760 2.8 GHz
When I turn on my PC, the processor reaches 45°C
And when I play certain games like Apex, my processor reaches 65-75°C
Can I still continue to play video games on my PC or should I change the case or components?

A PC with a Core i5 760! Spending money on that would be throwing it out the window. You might, perhaps, change the thermal paste.
