Cresus Casino account blocked. Is it a scam?

Hello everyone, please!!!

Last night I deposited 100 euros on cresus, it was a crazy night and I went up to 2400 euros, I withdrew 2200 euros after 6 hours of playing :) My account is verified and I've already made withdrawals without any problems, it took 4 or 5 days to hit my account, but this morning I wake up to find my account blocked for no reason, documents verified, no fraud, no second account, all warnings are green? I've sent 3 emails to support with ANJ in copy, I'm waiting!!!!! Has this ever happened to anyone for no valid reason??

    The answer is: yes, it has happened to a lot of people on this forum and elsewhere, on different sites.
    In short, the recipe is always the same; as long as you lose enough, they agree, otherwise...

      I made a deposit on Cresus Casino. I took the 200% bonus, so I received €40 in bonus for a €20 deposit. In total, €60. Since 6 days ago, I contacted customer service by email without any response. I won €395 and €40 in bonus, which makes €255 in real money, but the money is blocked. I wish to unblock it, but I can't, and when I go to withdrawal, they won't let me make a withdrawal because €350 is blocked. I don't understand, and customer service hasn't responded for days despite the emails. Can someone please help me???
