I logged out and now I'm trying to log in but it's saying oops, unable to find matching credentials. I don't understand how to recover them?

Hi, I had the same thing happen to me. Log in to the Snapchat website, click on "forgot password," and then log in to the Snapchat website normally; it should work. Then log in to the app, and it should work.

I've had the same problem for 2 days now. I contacted Snap but it still doesn't work. I've tried everything and I don't know what to do... 5 years of memories... I don't want to lose everything!

Hello, I have the same problem and I can't find any solution. I've tried yours and it still doesn't work because I think the issue is not the password. I really need to recover it, please. I've tried to log in on different devices, but it still doesn't work, and the message appears: "Oops, unable to find the corresponding credentials." I changed the password before, but it hasn't helped.
