User not found SNAP !!! as if the account doesn't exist

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has had the same problem as I have. I had a Snapchat account for about 2 years. I log in and out every day. The day before yesterday, I couldn't log in at all. I asked my friends to check if they could still find me on Snap. UNTRACEABLE!!! I decided to create a new Snap account and added some people!!! BAM, the same issue, it automatically logs me out and I'm untraceable. I tried a 3rd time by creating a new account. The same problem, even with my email address it's impossible to recover the account.
It's as if it never existed... I don’t understand how this is happening at all.

We're all in the same situation; I contacted Snap support and they replied that if the user is not found, it is impossible to recover the account. They also told me to create a new one, and I explained to them that the problem persists even when recreating an account. The only response they could give me is that their algorithm has deleted/blocked accounts due to activities violating their terms of service (even though there's nothing that violates these terms, it's their system that manages it, not them).
Does that mean we no longer have the right to recover our account because their bots are messing everything up?
I have a Snap account that I want to recover because I only have photos and videos with my ex who has passed away.. I can't even access it anymore, I'm really disgusted!
