Hello, I just activated the snap update and when I click on the app it closes. I have tried several times, I deleted the app and everything, I turned off my phone but it still doesn't work.

I wouldn't be surprised if the problem comes directly from Snap
In that case, there's nothing to do except wait for Snap to release an update

It's normal that due to the Snapchat update, many people on their iPhone can no longer access Snapchat. No matter how much you uninstall and reinstall the app, or turn your phone off and on again, it won't change much unless you take an older phone with you and set up a new iCloud or Android account to enter your Snap credentials, then it might work. Just to let you know, I had to install an Android emulator on my Mac to be able to maintain my Snap streaks.

Good evening, there is a bug on the iPhone if you have done the new update it crashes the application.
