Hard drive not found + Shortcut issue

Good evening everyone.
I don't know if I'm in the right section.
I have a big problem, I don't know what to do.
When I click on Steam to launch it, a message appears:
<< The drive or network connection designated by the shortcut 'Steam.Ink' is not available. Please check that the disk is properly inserted or that the network resource is available, and then try again. >>
And when I wanted to check my folders, I see that my hard drive is no longer displayed. I went through disk management, but it doesn't show up anywhere except for my SSD where my OS is installed.
I've searched everywhere and I can't find any solution, I'm desperate.

Hello,
either your hard drive is poorly connected or it is dead, in which case there is nothing to be done as a hard drive cannot be repaired.
