Hello,
I had my computer hacked following a fraudulent firewall message on my PC. I called the emergency number 09.70.38.94.71, and I can't find the installed software. The hacker still has control over my computer.
There is a message at the top of my screen saying DEPANN247, and it notes that someone is working in the background.
What should I do? This is my work tool, and I don't want to lose everything I have.

nothing really new, it's a well-known scam, read carefully THIS PAGE everything is explained there..
What you encountered is simply a web page that gives you a phone number for a fake support, so it's more of a scam than a real infection. If you call the indicated number and do what the scammer on the other end of the line asks you to do and give them your credit card number, you will be scammed out of several hundred euros, and on top of that, they install some useless fake software that they charge at exorbitant prices; what interests them is your money, not what's on your PC.
It is possible to report this ON THIS PAGE
To see what remains on your PC:
Download FRST once downloaded save it on the desktop then open it you will see this:
Click on Analyze at the end of the analysis you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition, .
Make sure to wait for the messages saying that the analysis is finished to display, then send these reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ see this tutorial then provide the two links generated by Cjoint in your next message.
