Hello,

Apparently my account must have been hacked, as I've received messages about ad posting refusals. So I wish to delete my account.

However, when I attempt to delete my account, I get a message saying: "Sorry, we cannot delete your account at this time. All your transactions must be completed before deletion."

However, when I check my transactions, I have none, and no ads either. I don't know how to proceed with deleting this account.

Hello,

When it comes to transactions, it may be the ads posted online.

In that case, you probably need to delete them before closing the account.
