Joystick is too stiff to move

Hello, I recently bought a controller and the joystick is slow, hard to move (as if I had low sensitivity even though I don’t). I compare it with my old broken controllers and indeed, the joysticks on the controllers I use more move perfectly without any trouble. Hoping you have the solution because it’s impossible to turn quickly or even make small movements.
