Download Chrome
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
Backup your favorites (Important)
Uninstall Chrome
Right-click on the Start button > Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Type CMD
Type rmdir /s /q %LocalAppData%\Google
Reinstall Chrome and import your favorites
